Get your priorities straight and focus

You cannot imagine how often I've seen the same syndrom of companies get spread too thinly, since I wrote my MBA Master Thesis about getting priorities straight. In my opinion this one of the biggest diseaeses of companies growing and evolving

I still don't have a final answer why organizations and people tend to put too many things on the plate they want to do in parallel. Since my first Core Computer Science class I know that switching costs are extremely high, the same applies to people's work.
